Most iPhotos are saved as HEIC Files, which may not upload properly. To ensure your upload works:

Please send your photo as a JPEG or PNG.

If Needed you can convert to JPEG by:

Taking a screenshot of the photo (screenshots are always JPEG or PNG)

OR

Emailing the photo to yourself and downloading it- this saves it as a JPEG.

Make sure the photo is CLEAR, well-lit, and shows your pet's face. If the body is cut off in the photo, only the face will be drawn.
